ASES International Social Sciences Congress

ASES International Social Sciences Congress will be held on 14-20 May 2022 in Diyarbakir, Turkey.

The congress meets the criteria for academic promotion, associate professorship, and academic incentives.

Abstracts should be sent until 18 May 2022 to asessocial@gmail.com  and indicate in the e-mail that you will participate in the congress face-to-face or online.

After your abstracts are evaluated by a blind referee within a week, the final decision regarding the abstract will be notified to the candidate participant by e-mail.

Participants who receive a letter of acceptance must pay the congress participation fee in order to register for the congress on 14-20 May 2022.

Special discounts will be applied to the participants who want to stay within the scope of the congress.

Participants who want to send a full text should send the works they have prepared in accordance with the full text template to asessocial@gmail.com until 10 June 2022. No full-text requirement.

You can apply with your original works written in all fields of social sciences.

Prof. Dr. Violeta Madjova – Dean of Faculty of Economic and Administrative Sciences- Speaker at II International Symposium and Workshop of Applied Business Management and Economics Researches

From 12th to 14th of May, Bayburt University will organize the 2nd International Symposium and Workshop of Applied Business Management and Economics Researches, where the Dean of FEAS, Prof. Dr. Violeta Madjova, is an invited speaker.

II International Symposium and Workshop of Applied Business Management and Economics Researches will be held at Bayburt University in Bayburt, Turkey. Both the symposium and the workshop have the aim of examining the general trends that transform the nature of work focused on adapting to the business conditions of the modern age, surviving in challenging working life, and focusing on new talents.

The event will start with the workshop entitled “Digitalization and the New Economic Order”, while on the second and the third day, the symposium program will be held. The economic and social effects of emerging trends in new digital production technologies, their effects on national economies and global economic systems, and the role of policy in steering the digital revolution in a socially desirable direction will be discussed. Digital technologies will also play a role in determining the evolving international economic division of labor through, among other things, their impact on global value chains and thus the future position of developing countries in the global economy.

In this context, the workshop will also link to the current debates around “late development” and “early deindustrialization”.

The 7th INCSOS International Congress on Social Sciences

The 7th INCSOS International Congress of Social Sciences, which will be held on 2-3-4 June 2022 in Baku, Republic of Azerbaijan, will be organized under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Mustafa ŞENTOP, the Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey, and Prof. Dr. Sahibe GAFAROVA, the Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Azerbaijan, with the cooperation of the International Balkan University Skopje, Macedonia and with the cooperation of Azerbaijan ADA University, by focusing on issues such as the liberation of Karabakh from occupation and the Khojaly massacre.

The 7th INCSOS International Congress of Social Sciences has an important place in the common culture of the Turkish world. Held in Malaga, Jerusalem, Bukhara, Romania, Skopje, and Ankara before, INCSOS is held regularly in cities and countries that have the quality of a cultural code.

The 7th INCSOS (International Congress of Social Sciences) is a congress where academic concerns are at the forefront and without compromising these, it aims to contribute to the academy and the work of scientists at a high level with the interactions that will occur at the symposium. For this purpose, congresses were held in Andalusia, Jerusalem, Bukhara, Romania, Skopje, and Ankara, which were important touchstones in the Turkish cultural world in previous years, where hundreds of academics came together and presented their studies in the field of social sciences. Our ultimate goal is to increase cooperation between universities and countries by organizing an international congress covering a wide range of scientific subjects, to ensure the representation of scientific studies produced by Azerbaijani and Turkish academics abroad, and to contribute to science on this occasion.

In the first phase of the congress, the papers accepted through the double-blind referee process will be presented. In the second phase, historical and sacred places of the Azerbaijan and Karabakh region will be visited. In the third phase, a book containing the full texts of the papers presented at the congress, pictures of the congress and the region will be prepared and presented to the attention of those concerned both in print and online, as a special issue in the journals scanned by international indexes.

National and international academicians, administrators, scientific experts, teachers, civil society representatives, and students are invited to the congress and to submit their papers in the following areas: Social, Human and Administrative Sciences, Educational Sciences, Philology, Fine Arts, Health and Sport Sciences, Law, Theology and other fields of Social Sciences. Papers in Azerbaijan Turkish, Turkey Turkish, and English can be presented. Additionally, simultaneous translations will be made during the congress.

ACTION KA103: STUDENT MOBILITY FOR STUDIES 
for the Academic Year 2021/2022

Spring Semester

In the framework of the program ERASMUS+ of the European Commission, International Balkan University announces a call for allocation of grants for Erasmus+ Student Mobility for Studies.

Duration of mobility: 1 semester (spring semester, academic year 2021/2022)

Deadline for application: 30 November 2021

For the realization of the mobility students should select one of the universities from the list of the signed Erasmus+ Inter-institutional Agreements (see link: https://iro.ibu.edu.mk/erasmus-agreements/). Please note that 20% of the student applications can be realized in non-EU countries.

Selection/ranking of IBU students

Students from the 1st, 2nd and 3rd cycle of studies (bachelor, master and PhD candidates) are eligible for Erasmus+ Student Mobility for Studies, except the students in their first year of studies. The selection procedure will be accomplished by the internal IBU Commission that will conduct evaluation of interested candidates through certain criteria. Candidates will be ranked and selected according to available quota for mobility approved by Erasmus+ agreement and the following criteria:

  • Grade Point Average (GPA);
  • Number of failed courses;
  • Reasons for studying abroad;
  • Compatibility of the study program with the host institution;
  • Knowledge of English language or the language of instruction of the host institutions (through Online Language Support Tool).
  • Previous participation in the Erasmus+ Program for Studies/Traineeships

The amount of the scholarship for students is 470-520 EUR monthly, depending on the country of stay. The visa, travel expenses and health insurance costs are not covered by the Erasmus+ grant.
